I joined Furbish in January 2018 as the green roof Stewardship Manager. I bring with me experience in delivering high quality customer service, my love of gardening, and my dedication to personal and professional growth for myself and my team. Although the green roof industry is new to me, I embrace the product we deliver and learn more each day about the environmental benefits of green roof systems. I am a life-long Marylander. I grew up in Columbia, MD, attended The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and re-settled in Columbia to raise a family. My husband and I have three grown children, who lately have been traveling the world. My favorite destination is mountains – anywhere. When not at work I can be found in the garden, on my bike, skiing in the winter, or mountain hiking when I am lucky enough to plan a new hiking adventure. My favorite so far is the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland. After raising my family and working in Columbia, I am thrilled to be back at work in Baltimore, and to be getting better acquainted with Washington, DC while exploring the District’s prolific green roof industry.
Favorite Color: green, all shades.
