After studying environmental policy and environmental economics at the University of Rhode Island, I found myself fascinated with incorporating environmentally conscious practices into day-to- day life. When I returned home to Baltimore I worked at a small environmental consulting firm before realizing that I was completely enamored by all that Furbish does. I was drawn to the astounding level of innovation and dedication to integrating living systems into the urban environment in unique ways. I was also drawn to the infectious sense of community here as well as the overwhelming passion that each and every employee has for the work that they do. Working here at Furbish does not disappoint, as every day is an opportunity for new growth in an extremely supportive environment. When I am not at work I can typically be found at home spoiling my dog Brody, traveling somewhere new with my boyfriend, hanging out with my friends, or planning my next adventure. I grew up forming a genuine connection and appreciation for nature through my camera lens, so whether underwater or on land, you will have a very difficult time separating me from it.
